Guests are picked up to leave for the village of Fataga. Upon arrival we will visit the village, its streets and the traditional bakery. In a typical restaurant we will enjoy a Canary Island evening, during which some Canary Island recipes will be explained, such as “Pella de Gofio” (thick paste made from wheat or corn flour) “Mojo Canario” (hot spicy dip) and roast leg of pork.
